Bashaud Breeland Breeland's right knee buckled when he was defending wide receiver Quinton Dunbar in a one on one drill. He was immediately taken to the training facility to examine the injury. The Redskins have not yet updated his injury status. Saturday Injury Update: Breeland will miss 4-6 weeks with an MCL injury according to team doctors. He had 71 tackles, 17 pass break-ups, two forced fumbles and two interceptions in his rookie campaign with the Redskins. The second-year pro is slated to start opposite Chris Culliver in the Redskins' secondary. During his collegiate career, he had 159 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, six interceptions for 142 yards in 37 games (24 starts). A tough day for the #Redskins Breeland.
