View Full Profile was asked during his Tuesday press conference on the Jadeveon Clowney situation: "Next question (Laughs)... I hope that never happens, I'm usually pretty in-tuned to the injury report."

He was asked if a player has ever told him 15-20 minutes before gametime that he was making the call and not playing: "Uh, no."

The "Jadeveon Clowney situation" refers to several national media outlets thinking a bone spur in his foot, a stomach virus, and a strained rib cage is all just a precursor to him sitting out the rest of the year to prepare for the NFL draft.

Even ESPN piled on with analyst Paul Finebaum today calling him "the "biggest joke in college football."

Also, South Carolina coach Steven Spurrier went on to read a prepared statement about Clowney's injuries today during his weekly press conference.
