Vegas odds on Clemson-Kansas

by - Assoc. Editor -

The Tigers are still dancing.

Clemson dominated Auburn 84-53 in San Diego, Ca. on Sunday night to advance to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 1997.

The Tigers will next face No. 1 seed Kansas in the third round of the tournament.

Vegas odds were already released for the upcoming matchup on Friday (TBD) as the Jayhawks opened up as a four-point favorite against No. 5 Clemson.

Kansas head coach Bill Self was impressed with Clemson's win on Sunday night talking to the media.

"That was probably as impressive of a performance as anyone has had in the tournament so far and there have been some great performances. They dominated Auburn in every area -- perimeter play, speed, rebounding and in the paint. Watching them today was like watching a clinic. We'll have a good book on them in the next 24 hours or so."

In case you were wondering, Clemson is +2500 odds to win the entire NCAA Tournament with better chances to win it all than Kansas State (+2800), Florida State (+4000), Loyola-Chicago (+5000), and Syracuse (+6600).

Other Vegas lines for Sweet 16 games:

Nevada (-2) vs Loyola

Michigan (-3) vs A&M

UK (-6) vs KSU

Gonzaga (-5) vs FSU

Nova (-5) vs WVU

Duke (-11.5) vs Cuse

Purdue (-1.5) vs Tech
