Clemson to open NCAA Tournament at home against Western Carolina

Clemson, SC - Clemson will be the one-seed in the Clemson, SC regional and play number-four seed Western Carolina in the first round on Friday at 7 p.m. (Eastern). The third-seeded Nebraska Cornhuskers will play number-two seed Oklahoma State in the other first round game on Friday.

The winner of the Clemson, SC regional will play the winner of the Columbia, SC regional which could lead to a Clemson vs South Carolina rematch in the Super Regionals.

Clemson will be in the NCAA Baseball Tournament for the 41st time, fifth-most in Division I college baseball history. The Tigers will be No. 7 overall national seed.
