As a junior, he had 77 tackles and 12 sacks. He should have no problem qualifying and actually plans to graduate early and enroll at Clemson in January for the spring semester and participate in spring practice. His team finished the season with a 5-8 record. The last game was a 42-8 loss at Pender. His season included a 27-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown.

S T A T S

Word is the Tigers recruited him as a defensive end, but he could also play offensive tackle. Either way he would benefit from a redshirt year as the competition level was low in high school for him, and it will take him time to get used to the speed of the college game.
