and home of the Emerald Coast Clemson Club, it was great to see mention of Niceville. When we can't make it up to Clemson for gamedays, 20-25 of us typically meet at a pub in Destin to watch the games. But many of us will be in Tigertown this weekend.
BTW, the Mullet in this festival is the fish, not the hairdo...although much of the clientele sports the hairdos as well here in "Lower Alabama."

Oddest mullet Coot family I ever encountered was in the bustling metropolis of Sugar ###. Whatever nonsense I was peddling at the time called for me to be in the home. On the way in I noticed several framed press clippings above their trophies for having been individually selected as Mr. and Mrs. Bubba of the year at the annual Bubba Fest held there each year- he had won twice and she three times.
After doing our business around the kitchen table, I thought that nothing had really separated them from from the average garden variety Bubbas. Then on the way out I saw it. Fully half of the living room was taken up by an enormous, highly accurate scale model of the Bridge on the River Kwai.
Knowing full well I'd regret it, I had to ask how it came to be there. Mrs. Bubba announce with a tear of pride in her one good eye that it was a Christmas gift from her brother who took a year to build it using only the Popsicle sticks, nail clippers and Elmer's glue he was allowed in the penitentiary.
