I have a few friends that went to hargrave for high school

All of them said that the hargrave administration wanted to do away with pg (postgrad) football because they wanted students to stay for a full year and pg football players didn't take classes and the military school lifestyle seriously

I am hopeful someone is truly looking out for his interests academically too and not just trying to eek him into a school just to play college football.
After hearing all the ugliness be revealed with the UNC debacle (and we know others are doing similar), it saddens me to think some schools just value these young, fairly gullible kids for the school's athletics and dupe them on the educational side of things.
To me, what went down at UNC is criminal. Most of these kids don't know what the college experience should be so they can tell when they are being papered over and not really getting an education. For many, they are the first in their family to even go to college.
While I trust Clemson on this matter more than most of the universities (except the obviously stringent places like ND and Stanford), if this prep school is just trying to get him through the motions and not really help him build a solid foundation academically, then he will struggle in school at Clemson if we indeed hold our student athletes to an academic standard.
This is where the objective must be academic foundation first, football second!

electric to watch. Awesome on kickoff returns. I seen him receive a kickoff return in the playoffs at the 5 and he was at the 40 before anyone else turned around. Hope things go well for him.

It sounds like he may have a hard time staying eligible. I hope he can turn things around and come play for us

I think he may play the slot. He's in that Ray Ray Mccloud type field. He can do either, well.
