George W. Bush will go down in history as one of the great presidents in the post cold war era. No, not 1 of 3, but 1 of 20 or 30, decades or centuries from now.
This man came into office with a tanking stock market, an economy running towards recession, and the most devestating attack on American soil in US History.
Yes, he cleaned up the mess that our intelligence agencies were in only to be vilified as "destroying the constitution" when in fact the CIA and other agencies had been gutted by both Republican and Democrat administrations. He reduced taxes, appointed sensible judges, and brought back balance to a hard left government.
You rats have hated him since he was Texas governor and make up things that suit your agenda. You rats should be on your KNEES thanking him for what he has done. This former fighter pilot is a patriot, tax cuter, free trader, social conservative, and doesn't take any #### from the towel heads you all seem to love.
Thank god for W, or we might be having the same problems as Britian and other Euro-Trash countries are having as the battle Islamic Law in their cities, and the rights of their daughters, wives, and mothers. To hell with the right to choose, if you had your way they would not be allowed to show their face in public and would be owned by men as property.

party, since Carter. A President is supposed to be the leader of his party. He is supposed to set that party's agenda. He is supposed to keep that party's congressional members in lock step with party ideology.
THAT is Bush's biggest failure. He has essentially destroyed the Republican party. He allowed spending to continue (and increase) when Republicans held Congress. He let earmarks go unchecked, then suddenly acted indignant when democrats took over and spent just as recklessly. He has approved more entitlements, in terms of dollars, than even Clinton.
Nope. Bush is no conservative. He is, however, a Republican, since he has allowed his party's traditional ideology to be destroyed on his watch.
