I remember you expressing how distasteful putting a 'Y,' on the end of UGA was some significant time back. I bet you don't remember the long heartfelt apology I made for offending you.
Since then you've remained fairly obscure on this forum and now you're playing a victim again. I'm not trying to be harsh but a reasonable person would have at least responded to my apology and admitted that even though the offender (I) is a rude, crude, prechewed food dood he (I) was sincerely sorry for being offensive and promised to never do it again.
For many years we have tagged the UGA insignia with a y on the end to disrespect the University Of Georgia. Never in my decade of reading this forum have I seen any Clemson fans tolerate an attack on our gay brothers and sisters. I assure you, none here intend insult or humiliation toward you or anyone else when they type 'UGAy.'
I can also assure you that the owners of this board are fine Christian men who would never tolerate any such offense to anyone for any reason. I'm saying we don't see this as an attack on our gay friends and family members. We see it exclusively as an attack on UGA.
I do not think you want to accept a fair apology and enjoy our fellowship. I believe you are leaning toward being a victim which is fine but please don't do it here where fellowship among Clemson fans is so precious.
If I'm mistaken I hope you will straighten me out soon. You've left me hanging for a long long time bearing the guilt which you refuse to forgive. I'm fairly sensitive to my crude comments and quickly retract and apologize for any perceived insults.
Frankly, I doubt you won't fade into oblivion again until someone else offends you. Please, for the sake of being a Clemson man, don't do that.

But that doesn't mean I can't hold the opinion that these boards as whole can be just...trashy. If I see something that makes us look terrible (like calling people we don't like homophobic names like it's 1983), I'm going to call it out as trashy.

1. You don't accept ClemsonTiger1988®'s apology, instead you just dismiss him like he's a piece of leftover food that has gotten moldy? That seems trashy.
2. Who called people we don't like homophobic names like it's 1983? I was merely pointing out that the fighting UGAys are happy, because they went to the playoffs even though they lost in what amounted to the biggest choke job in national championship history. I think you were the one who got out the jump to conclusions mat and tried to connect the UGA fan base to homosechsuals. I thought we cleared this up years ago when you asked everyone to use the word "baptists" if we wanted to make fun of their orientation.
3. In light of the two points above, I think it is you who owes CT88 and me an apology.

I don't need an apology for something that didn't attack me personally. If you think I do, then I accept, sure.
I didn't ask anyone to use the word Baptist in lieu of homophobic insults. I just made an (albeit horrendous) analogy that if people used 'Christian' as a derogatory term to put down their enemies, it wouldn't go over well here. There are so many good insults to be had that don't make TNet look like an AltRight playground. But by all means, make us look like inbred hicks.

I apologized for hurting your feelings. I view our Tiger family as precious and dear to my heart. I play rough with my brothers here but we are brothers who know it's all just fun. No one had any intent to harm you in the slightest manner.
