In many areas Spectrum left its customers on their old Time Warner TV lineup and fee schedule. To get the ACC Network I had to get Spectrum to change me from TW to the Spectrum lineup which has the ACC Network.

In some areas (Western US), not only does the switch have to be made to Spectrum with replacement cable boxes, but there is a delay for Spectrum to offer ACCN - availability won't kick in for another month.

Spectrum has ACCN nationwide . Customers have to call and get on a spectrum plan. Charter bought many smaller cable companies and didn’t “force” them on to a Spectrum plan. To get “new” channels the customer has to choose a spectrum plan. Also , a lot of bad info has been bouncing around. ACC N is available on the same Spectrum pricing tier as SEC N.

Now in my humble opinion Spectrum still sucks , and they have not done a decent job of educating their customers or their people that staff the phone support .
