The fastest 16 weeks of the year are quickly approaching...

Once college football season begins it seems like no time until Halloween, which ends most high school football season incredibly enough. Want to stop kids from dehydrating and passing out from the heat in high school football? Start a few weeks later and let it go to Thanksgiving for goodness sake but that makes too much sense.

Anyway, sorry for digressing, for the college football lovers like myself Thanksgiving gets here in no time and the week after that the regular season is almost over at least for most teams. Then we take several weeks off, partially due to exams, then hit the bowl games a couple of weeks after those lucky enough to see their team play for the conference title.

My point for those who find it hard to follow is college football season seems to fly by compared to other sports!

Nevertheless, I'm still impatient to get it started! Spot the ball please!
