#20 Va Tech loses and drops 18 spots.

#22 NC State loses to #13 North Carolina and drops 17 spots.

Does that ever happen in the SEC?

Same ole nonsense year after year. SEC has the highest ranked one loss team, the 2nd highest ranked one loss team, the 3rd highest ranked one loss team. Pure hogwash.

They start the season with wildly overrated garbage ranked in the top 10-15, then when some other mediocre team beats the wildly overrated garbage they trade places. Rinse and repeat. There’s something about the saltwater in the Gulf of Mexico that makes people extra stupid.

You don’t even mention the most absurd thing about this poll which is that Auburn is 26th. They shouldn’t be getting anybody’s vote for Top 25. In reality they are no better than 2-3 and more like 1-4. Plus Florida only dropping to 8-9 in the polls and joined at the hip with A&M so they can point to each other as either a good win or a good loss.
