What would happen if a couple of the teams opt out during the season, would you be left out of the playoffs if still undefeated only playing 8-9 games?

The good news is 4 ACC teams could opt out and we could still play a 10 game conference schedule as planned. So no big deal.
Plus, I would much rather play traditional rivals like UNCheat and Duke than Syracuse and BC anyway.
See ya, 'Cuse. Won't miss you.

It was nice when the ACC had eight members and everyone played everyone every year. And alphabetically Clemson was at the head of the list, where we belong.

It would be nice if Dabo would help them opt-out

by laying 125 on them the next time we play.
Then Dabo could call Mr. Warren and tell him how much better The Cuse would be for the B1G than Stuck-in-a-Rutgers. It would be like having another Maryland, except without the Flag made out of sofa coverings.

If Syracuse dropped, Duke looks like a good fit to fill the spot. They could move their bye week to the Syracuse game spot on 10/10, play Clemson on 10/24 when we were suppose to play 'Cuse and Duke had a bye.

I personally think this signals a deeper problem between the players and the coaches than just the covid. Not sure Dino is the guy he pretends to be.
What do I base this on? Nothing. Just a feeling.

I heard one of the things Cuse players were upset about
Aug 14, 2020, 6:20 PM

was the frequency they were being tested - just once every other week. Does anyone know how often Clemson players are tested? I sure hope it's more often than once every 14 days.

Cuse doesn’t speak for CFB. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
