Syracuse Fast Paced Offense

This weekends game against Syracuse will help prepare the Tigers for any other teams that throw a fast paced offense at us this year. The Tigers have not been good against these fast paced offenses over the years, and coupled with the noise of the Carrier Dome, they could give us some problems. I look for us to win by 20+ points, but our defense is what I'll have my eyes on.

yesterday. He said Syracuse has been going at a somewhat slower pace so far this year, and that our defense goes against a fast paced offense every day in practice.

Take it for what it's worth.

Devito had 330 yards on 28 - 39 passing. Not bad and I wouldn't say their offense is off from where they have been.
The defense does not appear to be as good. Hard to tell vs. Liberty but Maryland exposed a bunch of arm tackling.
I agree with you OP. They will help prep us for anyone else as few run as quick a tempo as cuse.

They moved it pretty well between the 20's on Maryland but then in tight space got shut down!
