List your all-time favorite NASCAR drivers

The first NASCAR race I ever saw was the 1978 Daytona 500 which was on Wide World of Sports at the time, I never miss a Cup race & watch a lot of the Xfinity & Truck races. In chronological order, my favorite drivers:
1.Bobby Allison
2.Ricky Rudd
3.Davey Allison
4.Dale Earnhardt
5.Bobby Labonte
6.Dale Jr
7.Kyle Busch
8.Martin Truex Jr
9.Denny Hamlin
10.Erik Jones
11.Kevin Harvick
12.William Byron
13.Christoper Bell
I pull for a lot more drivers now, from watching the Xfinity & Truck races, oh I forgot, I became a Jeff Gordon fan once Jimmie Johnson started winning all those championships & Jeff was the underdog.

if he hadnt gone Timmonsville redneck on Bobby Allison's head, Nascar would have just been another sport that showed up on wild world of sports on occasion...like ski jumping.
Richard Petty had already won 200+ races in 78, and nobody gave a ####. Earnhardt hadn't started on his daddy's coat tails yet and the Busches werent even born.. Hell they didnt even have Busch lite yet.
This will put an end to the discussion.

a few weeks ago.
Basically, it was all about how it was a manufactured rivalry. At that time, Dale owned all the rights for Nascar merchandising, so he was giving Jeff Gordon a cut of the merch money. The bigger the rivalry, the more money they both made from 'necks buting a Calvin sticker p!ssing on #28. They were interviewing Jeff, and they said every time there was a clip of the two talking before a race, Jeff said they were talking about how they could make the rivalry seem bigger to the fans..to sell more stuff.
