the 3rd wealthiest rock star, behind only Paul McCartney ($1.2 B) and Bono ($700 M). Buffet blew out his flip-flop to the tune of a $600 million net worth. A lot of his money has come from shrewd investments, real estate development, restaurant chains, you name it. Not just his music. He is apparently one hel1 of a businessman.

Scruggs at the amphitheater. And a couple others maybe that I can't remember.
I still have the ticket stubs for most of the shows I saw at Littlejohn... Allman Brothers, Jethro Tull, Leon Russell, Doobie Bros, Rare Earth, Humble Pie.

I recall seeing the Rooftop Singers (of "Walk Right In" fame) in the amphitheater way back in about 1964-65. Seem to recall that was the only pop group concert I attended during my four years at Clemson, because I spent virtually every weekend at my grandparents' house over in Greenville.
