...other P5 conferences to line up with them and provide covering fire before making an announcement. Interesting to see what they do if the rest of the P5 says nope during their backroom President/AD phone calls that are probably going on right now. Do they stand on principle and cancel anyway? If the reports are to be believed, they have already made their decision.

The big10 has no principles. Look at the schools history and scandals. They are just skeered of liability and other conf should make their own decisions. They just want cover for recruiting purposes so the arent the first big one to quit.

I don't know about the first, I think that will mostly depend on the ACC schools using the Red phone to secretly call the heads of the ACC begging out of the season!!!
