Agreed. Wish they had Jay Bilas though. He tells that $hit like it is and hates bad refs

For all that Vitale has done to promote college basketball and as important as he has become to the game, he deserves one chance to call a title game.

Vitale is enthusiastic, that is an understatement. But "important"? I don't agree. I guess I lean more to a clinical call of the game than an emotional one. Vitale would be a classic Larry Munson type "Homer" if he was with one team but I just don't think he fits the national stage.
