How would you go about implementing a measure to keep a bunch (80,000) thuggish fans under control at that dump, to keep them from committing thuggish acts against opposing teams and their fans. There is only one possible way, and that would be to lock the entrance gate and post the National Guard around the entire dump to keep those thugs from tossing grappling hooks across the dumpster walls and climbing in to throw batteries, liquor bottles, beer bottles, water bottles, and or any other trash that trash can find to throw at opposing teams and their fans. Any attempt other than would be absolutely fruitless!!!
