HR from both sides of the plate in one inning

May 24, 2018, 10:07 AM

I know it was a first for Clemson, and I'm not sure how often it has happened in college baseball, but in the MLB it has only happened 3 times.

Carlos Baerga of the Cleveland Indians on April 8, 1993 (off Steve Howe & Steve Farr)

Mark Bellhorn of the Chicago Cubs on August 29, 2002 (off Andrew Lorraine & Jose Cabrera) and

Kendrys Morales of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim on July 30, 2012 (off Roy Oswalt & Robbie Ross)

Amazing accomplishment

Not to mention, for a switch hitter you generally need two pitchers who throw opposite of each other.
