So I’ll be the first to admit that all the blown coverages was frustrating to watch. But let’s all take a deep breath. We played the worst defense since I can remember and still won by 21. This is the best SC could have hoped for and the game wasn’t in question. If you question our defense, check out SC offense once it got inside our 5 yard line. We stood tall. Also don’t forget that Alabama gave up 31 to Arkansas and was tied with the Citadel at half.

But this is the beauty of what Dabo has built. Last week, the story was the offense not playing well but the defense was outstanding. This week the defense was atrocious but the offense was blazing. We are just that good that once unit can be completely sleep walking and we still can win and win comfortably. I believe Alabama can do that as well. I’m not sure that Oklahoma and OSU can withstand a game in which their offense is not humming. Georgia needs their running game. We can still play with anyone anywhere.

In reality it was the safties that had a very rough night. Simmons and Muse were out of position or just wrong all night. Plus some drops by interior LB's. Our offense owed the Defense ,nice to see them pick up the slack last night.
