Check the voters that voted OSU #1, then look and see where they put Clemson.

Interesting. You are right. The vast majority that have osu #1 have CU at 5 or 6. But if you look at the actual pollsters, regionally they are all over the US. It's not like they're all mid-West types. Folks from OR, FL, LA, AZ, WV. KC, TX.

The Ohio guys has us at #3. So does Reece.

The two most interesting to me are the two who have us at 6th behind Penn State. I guess this is due to Penn State beating 2 ranked teams. However, those two ranked teams are Michigan and Iowa. That's Michigan who beat Middle Tennessee State 40-21, needed overtime to beat Army, and who lost by 21 points to Wisconsin. That's Iowa who just this past week had a 6 point win over a 2-5 Purdue team. This is also Penn State who had a 7 point win over Pitt who was driving at the end of the game to try and tie the game.
