Rebuild Johnstone to benefit our basketball team

Reasons:
1 - Shorter walk to Littlejohn than the east campus dorms
2 - Lack of cable tv, carpeting, phone service, heating/air will encourage students to leave the dorm

What else am I missing? Go visit the library during gametime and I'm sure it's still quite empty. Games should be a good excuse to take a break from studying.
