in the battle of the bay. East Bay (Berkeley) vs South Bay (Palo Alto).
The weather is surprisingly nicer in the south bay believe it or not.

ago, give or take. I saw it before it opened and thought it looked sterile. Like a tract home vs a downtown Charleston home.
