did famous jameis do it?

what do you think? Either way, crappy work by the TPD by not collecting DNA samples and what not. What happened was they probably saw Winston on the suspect list and didn't want their star player to get involved in this, whether he did it or not. I don't know what to think in these types of cases. It could be a situation where a football player thinks he can get away with it, or it could be a case of a girl trying to get some money. Which that doesn't even make sense because he is a college athlete and "shouldn't" have a lot of money. And most of the time in cases like this the girl isn't very shy and will publicly come out and make a statement....that's another red flag. What say you?

He is innocent until proven guilty, but the TPD should still do their dang job! Let the chips fall.

Sadly, I think Forest is probably correct. I also think the TPD should be brought to task for their inaction.

For any of to draw any sort of informed conclusion.
Who knows what happened? And who knows what happened in the investigation afterwards?
All we'll get are bits of information all angled and geared toward whatever person reporting feels is important and true.

You have some sort of citation to back this up? Many, many rapes go unreported.

Definitely botched at all levels by TPD. Should not matter who's involved proper procedure should be followed.

Legally speaking, we are all innocent until proven guilty.
However, considering the high profile nature of being the QB of an undefeated team in college football today in the capitol of Florida… there are many people with a lot to lose if this case is prosecuted and Winston is found guilty.
I wonder if the NCAA or ACC would ban Winston or FSU from the ACC or national championship games? Or if any of their wins this year will be revoked...

I say anybody that can't tell that a 6'5" person doesn't look 5'7", they never got close enough to Jameis for anything to happen.

Why? All it proves is they had sex. You know how it easy it is for a girl to be willing to have sex and then out of nowhere claim rape? The DNA testing just proves intercourse took place, nothing else until further evidence is proven.

I see two sides
1) it was a consensual one night stand fueled by alcohol. And now that he is a national star with $$$ on the horizon, she hopes to get an eventual pay day.
or
2) Winston really is guilty and the TPD leaked evidence in hopes to botch the investigation.
