in order to win a game you have to score more than the other team. His teams have NEVER had a successful offensive identity.

What exactly is Brad trying to do on offense? Is it lack of a plan or just poor execution or both? To me, it looks almost like a pick up game where it's every guy for himself. Seems like teams just keep us from coming inside and we work the ball around outside until we take a last second poor shot selection.
