If DW4 is drafted next year to the Browns? It's clear that they have no interest in winning for the foreseeable future, and Hue Jackson is known for being an offensive-minded coach. If their QB Depth Chart remains close to the same (with the addition of some career backup veteran QB), they have to be thinking QB in the draft.

Presumably, as he (DW4) continues to get better, he would be that guy. I for one wouldn't want to see him go to a situation like that. Losing, and being in a bad organization could really hurt his development.

They'll probably take Jared Goff this year, and spend the next 2-3 years ruining his career before they go after another QB.
