Refs stole that game from UNC.

That uncalled foul was the most egregious no-call I’ve ever seen, and it had a DIRECT effect on the outcome of the game. Absolutely sickening.

There were 10 worse calls than that during the game. UNC only has themselves to blame for missing so many free throws (and fake classes). Karma

Cole Anthony took the last 6 seconds and it bit them in the ###. He is not all what the Carolina group has thought he was. Playtek might be the most overrated shooter ever in UNC history. He couldn’t drop it in the ocean standing on the pier!

It wouldn’t be basketball if the refs didn’t determine the outcome. ***

Unfortunately, bad calls and no calls impact the outcomes

of a lot of basketball games. I realize being a ref is a hard, difficult job. But, when refs let the games get out of hand by failure to consistently enforce the rules, their jobs just get that much more difficult.

Or if they hadn’t given up a 14 point lead

in regulation it wouldn’t have mattered. Roy was out coached and the UNC players were outplayed. I’m ok with the no call there as they were both going for the ball and there didn’t appear to be possession in real time. UNC blew that game, not the refs, IMO.

Wasn't much of a foul imo but thought it was out off Duke. Either way UNC blew that game twice. Tre Jones was great late in regulation. That missed free throw, rebound, and jumper was a thing of beauty. It was a fun game and UNC should have won but free throws ya know.

The program has gotten what they deserve this season and it's about d@mn time it has caught up with them...for years and years and years and years they believe that every call should go their way no matter what and that they are entitled to every call just about from the refs, they basically give out a free education that the players don't have to earn.Clemson beating them finally after 59 years was the cherry on the top, icing on the cake and karma biting them right square in the a$$.It was like everything that that program got away with all came back as a reality check for them and their fans.Would be so nice if it were to go on for many many many more seasons and they suffer greatly for it.

The refs could screw Chapel Hole over 20 years in a row and they still would be way ahead.

Try sitting in Dean’s Dome when we shot 7 free throws and they shot 41
In a close 2 O/T game

i Didn’t think that was a foul.

Both players were going for the ball and neither gained an advantage by the contact. UNC had plenty of chances to win that game and couldn’t come up with the plays to do it at crunch time. I was at a function at an art gallery during much of the game and the Heel fans were really excited about beating Duke. To bad for them. Couldn’t happen to a greater group... imo

I say sickening because I hate seeing officials decide the outcome of ANY game, regardless of who’s playing. That was the point of my OP.
