Changed them from an offensive juggernaut that wins every game they play to an offensive midget that couldn't (and still can't) score more than 17 against power 5 teams. Complete culture change.

He sure did, took a team that had won multiple national championships before he arrived to losing to a sub division team (Georgia Southern) at home (The Swamp) by his third season there.
