BEAT. THE. COOTS.

I have been preaching that since the Wake game. The GT game mattered little in the big picture. What matters is beating the coots and ending their streak against us. DW4 needed only to get in rhythm against GT and GSU. Whether we actually beat GT was immaterial.

Well, toss it all out the window, because today was our worst-case scenario.

What mattered was getting DW4 ready for the coots and that is all gone now. It's over. We are staring straight at 6 in a row to the coots and a 7th on the horizon. And as delicate as DW4 is (sorry, the truth is he breaks easily), we need some kind of back up for next year. Who will that be?

We have gone from loaded in the Spring to having nothing in November.

This day sucks.
