Especially in important areas like defense. Yeah, it matters. I'd give 50-50 odds some enemy does something stupid between now and January. I know I would. Only hope is covid is wrecking them too much to try it. But there has been no better time to try and invade Taiwan, assert control of the South China sea, attack Israel, invade some former soviet republic, or whatever. Maybe Iran tests a nuke? Kim invades SK. Who knows. But now is the best time in decades to try.

God forbid China and India get into it. They're not on good speaking terms.
