every time the other team is within a touchdown. I will never understand why coaches go away from what has worked all game long, and play that crap at the end.

Exactly! Bud Foster is from the "pre 7 on 7 all year round QB generation"! Meaning - these QB's now can play pitch and catch in their sleep. It use to be - sit back and make the QB play pitch and catch he will(the QB) mess it up at some point! You can't do that now; especially after they cross the 50. If they are going to score; let them score and give your offense time. Otherwise put the heat on the QB and at least dictate the action a bit. Sitting back waiting for them to not catch it - old school - born when kids didn't specialize in catching it they catch it all year long now. And born during the run heavy generation where the pass was more desperation. Not now - the run is the secondary offensive play now - so giving them basicly windows to throw to is asking to lose.
