To The Undercover Coots Posting About Dabo and David Hood

I hate to disappoint the South Alabama Crimson Gamecocks, but Dabo Swinney will retire at Clemson at a ripe old age long after he's overstayed his welcome. Just like Frank Howard who dang near had 10 losing seasons in a row before he retired.

Here's why he's never leaving:

1. He's built a program from the bottom up.
2. He's surrounded by other coaches from Gene Stallings Coaching Tree from Alabama. Unlike Saban's minions who are imploding now.
3. He is a man of class and high moral character. He has made a commitment to the young men who have committed themselves to the Clemson Program. He's not a ######' like Slurrier.
4. His sons are at Clemson and love it there.
5. His wife is at Clemson and she loves it there.
6. He's one of the highest paid coaches in College Football with a residual $52M buyout clause. He ain't leaving trust me.
7. He wants to take more timeouts and score more touchdowns with 30 seconds remaining while being up 14 points on the Gamecocks.
8. He never wants the Gamecocks to beat Clemson again.
9. There's too much love at Clemson for Dabo for him and his family to uproot and leave.
10. He loves Clemson and Alabama fired him so scratch them from the list.

Here's a list of reasons why you think he will leave.

1. Some drunken fan whining after the game because we allowed USuCk to score 5 touchdowns.
