No #1 team has won the championship in the playoff era, and......both years we were #2, we won the NC.

So hoping for either an O31-0 st or Ls-who lose today.

So to speak. I think we would break it anyways. My only thing is I would rather see lsu in the championship game in New Orleans than to play them in the semis. Just think the other would be a bigger stage. But obviously could make the argument that is a home game for them.
