Shrugs, the fact that they didn't call him for it when he is given additional options that provide special protections to him such as sliding says more about the situation than your point I think.

In fact, he should not NOT be called for it simply because he is their QB. If the foul is there, then it's there.

That being said, I didn't really rewind it and try to get an opinion on if it was, but just making that point.
