They believe that by the time NOV rolls around the Coots D will be really good.
Man is this season going to be fun, that's all I keep telling them.
I know I usually see things with the orange colored glasses but these Coots are really stupid.

After all those wins, last year "could" have been 4-8 rather than 6-6..

With a only squeaker bowl win making them .500+.
This year could be worse, not sure since Spur always pulls something out of the hat.
One thing for sure, our big game in Willie B will be fun, competitive & close.. With Clemson probably winning as it stacks up right now...imho.

is they win 4 games....and I'm being generous. 3 is more realistic. USuC fans turn on the OBS by mid season, and then Slurrier retires afterwards and blames everyone but himself in usual ######## media darling fashion. Just my prediction.

The coots I talk to think this might be spurrier's last season unless he can do some magic. They all tend to think USUC won't win more than 7 games MAX, and are doubtful that they will even get a bowl game. They are worried about November at the brice. It might be another 63-17 event.

The ones I come across are exceedingly quiet as if they are in fear of what likely is coming. I see losses against Clemson, LSU, UGa. UT, Missouri, and potential ones to UNC, Texas A&M, and perhaps even Florida if they are not careful. Central Florida won't be easy even at home. Spurrier should have retired last year after his "major" bowl win.
