Wondering if Watson is more of a "gamer."

Sep 7, 2014, 7:11 AM

Obviously Watson has done well in practice or he would not have played at UGA. It occurs to me, though, that maybe Cole is better or at least equal in practice, but Watson turns it up a notch in the spotlight. Or maybe Cole chokes in the spotlight. Dabo and Morris are basing their decision on the big picture, including practice performance. But being a "gamer" is a great quality. I really think Watson has that calm, cool, collected way about him that will help Clemson win in tight games. He needs to start. The quicker his talent is developed, the better.
