Urgent Prayer Reuest Please!

A friend of mine's granddaughter is just over 2 years old and is in dire need of prayer for healing.
In her short life, she has already had cancer several times and has even had a liver transplant, but now, the cancer may be back. The doctor's have virtually run out oof options and the child has already engured so much, additional bouts of chemo or more surgery would likely kill her.
Please pray that God will bless this child with complete healing. Her family also can't take much more.
Please ask God to heal little Delilah.
