They said that their 3-9 team from 2015 only lost by 5

points to the second best team in Clemson history, and that showed the strength of the SEC vs the ACC. That doesn't explain their 6-7, bowl eligible team losing by 49 points to the second National Champion in Clemson history!!

So the last two Tiger wins in theis " rivalry " have come by a combined 54 points . By that logic they use in equating the point differential to talent differential, can we expect to win by 27 points in Columbia this November ?

It wouldn't surprise me if we did. Our defense might be better and their offense will only be marginally better.

Stupidity at its best! The chickens were lucky their team wasn't blown out 77-7 last November. I would take a 27 point win next November in WB. Their fans are only viewing our offensive losses when defense wins games.
Go Tigers!

They are in the weakest division in power 5 football with a weak schedule and will still struggle to make it over .500.
My guess is 5-7 and that's just winning the easiest of games.

49 points don't accurately show how bad of a beating it was. They barely had 150 yards going into the 4th quarter. We could have hung 80+ on them.

The game 2 years ago was never in doubt, we were winning by 18 in the 4th and 12 with a minute to go. Yeah it ended with us winning by only 5 but did anyone think the Coots would win during the game? We were looking ahead to the real games coming up you know the Championship games. We played our worst game in 2015 and the Coots couldn't do nothing with it.

They are still trying to hold on to that moral victory. We were playing not to lose or get injured and that can backfire sometimes. I thought the 56-7 would have ended that.

And most of the USCjr folk know that the starters had been wandering the sideline since mid 3rd. Whatever helps those princesses sleep at night.

We could have hung 100 on them. In the first half alone we left 17 points on the field with Deon Cains dropped deep TD pass (drive resulted in a punt), Jordan Leggett's dropped pass that defelcted into a defenders hands for a int inside the 15, and Heugels blocked field goal. It very easily could have been 52-0 at halftime.
