Not only is he a great ambassador for Clemson but our players come in fresh out of high school very young and inexperienced and they leave confident, mature, articulate, compassionate men who are good/great athletes

Say what you will, but I give tremendous thanks to Tommy Bowden for the wisdom to bring Dabo to Clemson! I congratulate Terry Don Phillips for the courage and instinct to trust his gut for believing in Dabo! I highly admire and respect Dabo for the man he proves himself to be over and over again! He and so many fantastic things reinforce my love for Clemson University and the pride I feel each time I see its representation on my right, ring finger!

I wouldn't be surprised if Dabo got the job from CTB just on his desire to work in the game he loved , and also because he is a devout Christian in the mold of the Bowden clan .
Doubt exists in my mind that CTB had even the slightest inkling that he was hiring his eventual replacement , or that he even considered back then that CDS was ever going to be anything but a position coach at Clemson .

Oh, I agree completely. TB just brought him to Clemson because he thought Dabo would be a good fit for receivers coach. However, word is that upon TB's departure, he mentioned to Phillips that Dabo should be given strong consideration.
