Jan 18, 2015, 6:49 PM

Don't they know TAMU is SEC?

lol, that place will blow your eardrums out

TAMU cant hold a candle to that volume. I dont give a #### about the stadium design, that is the loudest place I have ever been in my life. DV at a night game, Autzen Stadium in Eugene are loud as hell but that place is oppressively loud.

Seahawks paid TAMU $100,000 plus an annual fee to use the 12th until 2016. After 2016 the Seahawks will no longer use the 12th man slogan just the #12.

TAMU has another great tradition. When the Aggies score a touchdown, the cadets(and civilian students) get to kiss their dates.
As a young faculty member there my wife and I had our first date at an Aggies football game. To this day we continue to practice that tradition when attending games. I often wonder what people around us think when this old couple kisses every time the Carolina Hurricanes put the puck in the net!

Well, we have our own "12th Man" in the form of one Mr.

Brent Venables, who would charge the field in pads if we let him.

That's why our "Get Back Guy" is, perhaps, one of the more entertaining stories in collegiate football today, and why we may well see other programs adopting their own version soon enough. lol
