It is always fun to see stuff people have come up with for new uniforms, but I like what we have better than anything people have been coming up with recently.

Indeed it would. Not talking about changing our bread and butter, but sometimes these small change ups are great and give a little spark to the players and the younger fans.
I even like when the traditional uniforms are slightly tweaked, like LSU a few years back.

white helmet. Maybe some full length orange socks with orange shoes, orange sweat bands etc.
The Tiger Paw is such a well-known and well-received symbol. Having a big orange tiger paw on a shiny white background would really make it pop!

LSU and Michigan have gotten into the different jersey thing now.
LSU had an all white, including helmets, thing a couple of years ago. Michigan had the Notre Dame game jersey with M on the front plus, the bowl game vs. SCar were different uniforms.
There are very few schools that haven't tried something new.

No. I like our uniforms the way they are....The only thing I could see is one day having a solid white helmet with orange tiger paw.

I have no problem implementing orange, purple or white in ANY combination. But we do NOT use ANY color that is not part of our school colors.

1. I am a very conservative, traditional person. But I LOVE these unis (with paw fixed to the correct position) and others that I have seen. I would love to see Clemson TASTEFULLY...with impeccable timing and limitation...work something like this into its uniform collection. As I've mentioned before, there was a time we didn't have a paw. How awful would it have been if the "No! No Paws!" crowd had won out. But, NO DOUBT that we should remain at our core very traditional. Some schools seem to wander aimlessly on the uniform bandwagon.
2. We best be prepared to WIN if we come out with something like this on. Those orange britches at one time had ENORMOUS meaning. I'm not saying "trendy" things can equate to our "Orange Britches" semi-tradition ("semi-tradition" meaning that they just don't have the meaning they used to have...neither does all orange), but we don't need to lay an egg if we come out wearing something like this. Yes, I do realize it's a risk that we indeed could lose in them, which leads to my third point:
3. Timing. We need to choose to pull things out like this at the right time and only in those special times. The traditional uni, even if (when) it gets that "transformative" makeover into a new traditional uni, should remain our bread and butter, IMO.
BTW: To those who think we should not venture away from our official colors: I overall agree, but certain "themed" type unis...such as the "combat" unis...and those that are grayed out or mainly black...I see as a base upon which the school's colors are distinctively applied.
I am not necessarily advocating any single design I have seen or saying there can't be one uniquely designed for Clemson (i.e., not necessarily "themed."). But count me as one who really finds this and others really cool. We just need to implement them in a very cool way.
I do realize I may be/am in the minority on this, lol.

Couldn't agree more with everything you said.
Again, I would like to see a slight update to our bread and butter units, not much of one, same Orange/White, White/White, Orange/Orange, but I also like purple as a dominant color on certain games.
I don't believe a color makes a team play different personally, but I do think an occasional change can hype up mental intensity as well as help recruiting.

I've thought our helmet but completely chrome would look good for a game. Keep everything the same, just give it that chrome look.

The only different color jersey I would be down for is the Suagr Blues replica that Arkansas fan made in the spring. That greyish purple was awesome, and has a bit of history. Black on the other hand has no place on a clemson uniform.
