to say it looks like four more years. And that tends to happen when the jobs, GDP and housing market all come back under a president's watch after inheriting them on the brink of collapse. One war has ended, another is about to end, and, oh yea, Osama Bin Laden is DEAD!
All that sounds like a re-elected president to me.

economic numbers when they're released? They have been trending in the right direction for months. You don't deny knowing that the war in Iraq ended and the Afghan pull-out is upcoming? You do believe that Bin Laden is dead? You can't seriously want to go back to the brink of economic disaster in the Fall of 2008?

It is, however, the same unemployment rate that has always been used, warts and all. It is the same barometer that, if rising, the Republicans would be hailing it as gospel. And yes, I know it ticked up a bit last month, but that is likely due to more people becoming encouraged and getting back into the job seeking mode. Generally, you will have slight up-tick after a falling trend and just before a significant drop in figures.
The economy was losing, or bleeding out 800,000 jobs a month in Bush's last six months in office.
I took many political science classes at Clemson. In case you haven't guessed, I can tell you that what people say about college professors being liberal is true, even at "Dear Old Clemson", a conservative school. Thanks to the profs, I felt right at home in the classroom, not so much in the bars. But no matter the ideological leanings, all of the students were one in the football stadium! Go Tigers!

that and so did the War in Irag, a very expensive war that might not have been as needed as the Afghan war. Bush piled on a lot of debt that wasn't there when Clinton left office. And Bush left a big mess. But we were safer from terrorist on the Republican watch, oh wait, scratch that.

You can just stop with all the race junk. I am a white male, born and raised in South Carolina. As for me bing too lazy to work. I work in a salaried position that requires that I get the job done no matter how late I stay at work. I get to work at 7:45 in the morning and never leave before 5 pm. If I don't stay until 6 pm a couple of days a week, I begin to fall behind. I get a 45 minute lunch and I eat it at the desk. I take more work home than most people have to do in a day at the job. You need to stop with all of your stereotypes and assumptions.
I have never received a government handout in my life. I wouldn't even know where to begin to get the paperwork.

position which calls for at least 10 hours of work a day, or I fall behind. I have worked since I was 15 years old in 1978. I have never received one handout from our government. How can you say that to someone when you dont even know them? Are you making that assumption just because I voted for Obama?
I take more work home than most people do in a day at their job. Mine is not a job that I can pull the door closed at the end of the day and just show up again the next day.

After the wonderful Bill Clinton passed that offer up, big ears had no choice.....AFTER the US Forces tracked him down..on the advice of National Security team. The Navy SEALS did big ear's job.
