Am I the only one who kinda compares this situation to Patrick Sapp when he was at Clemson? Sapp was our starting QB but was replaced with someone whom the staff thought was more productive. Sapp ended up switching to defense and actually got to play defense in the NFL

I remember the Sapp situation but fortunately he trusted his coaches and it worked out to his advantage. However Sapp was never as effective as a qb for us as KB has been.

True. The situations are definitely not the same, just similar. And I'm not suggesting KB switch to defense. I just don't want him to leave. He's done a lot for this University.
