since its the first game of the season for both teams - too many uncertainties - will depend of who executes the best.
It could be one-sided either way.

I doubt the Tigers will be able to handle the Dawg's offense. There has been no running game even remotely comparable to theirs in the ACC for the past several years. I do think Clemson will have some success on offense, but it will be dependent on the ability to run the ball, not passing it. My guess: Dawgs-35, Tigers-14.

Oh..though not ACC, Ball State was #28, still above GA's Rushing stats (Clemson won 52-27 that game).

You beat the one that had almost no passing offense. You lost to the team that had a more balanced attack like the Dawgs.
Not about to say the Dawgs will be Clemson, but you need to compare apples to apples ...

We lost more on D than you did. You lost more on O than we did, but not as much as we did on D ... Will be a challange for us in a night game in Death Valley. Crowd will play a big part. If we can't hush them early our young D secondary will have a long, long, long night. You have stop our running game, because if you can't Murray is going down field ... thinks this is an automatic win needs to be working in Vegas or committed w/the straight jacket. I remember thinking 2008 was the year and couldn't wait to curb stomp a little team called Alabama. The rest is history. I, for one, am more realistic but still hopeful.

If I recall the last time UGA came to Tigertown the fans were very over confident and then got shut out. I also believe the Tigers were sure they were going to post a W on the ##### and sure about it,,,,,,but
