Posters on UVA and VT websites are posting that the ACC

has filed suit against Maryland in North Carolina. They say this could get messy due to the ACC being determined to get the entire $50 million. Something about filing in North Carolina to get control of the venue.

Why would they file suit this soon? Has Maryland stated that they will not pay the exit fee?

stand point I hope they get out of it because I want the ACC to fall apart and I think if they get out of it is only increases the chances of happening.

I feel that the ones that voted no to the buy out increase shouldn't have to pay it. They did not agree to the absurd strong hold that swofford and Barker placed on everyone. And yes, I believe Barker had his hands in it to seal Clemson in regardless of the acc falling apart.
