Over 2 seasons, maybe. Freshman QB, no receivers, one decent RB, rebuilt Oline, mediocre defense with one decent DT, knucklehead coach. Who are they going to beat besides Vandy and their OC tomato cans? UGA, not a chance. UF, forget it. UT, they may score 100. Clemson, only if we are trapped in the locker room. 6-6 would be a realistic goal. 5-7 more likely.

they have a below-average schedule this year. Somehow all those 2 and 3 star players at Vandy, Miss State, Kentucky and Missouri get coached up to make those games just like playing Alabama.
Vandy - bad
Miss State - bad
ECU - bad
Kentucky - bad
A&M - train wreck
UGA - good if Chubb stays healthy
UMASS - outmatched
Tenn - very, very good
Mizzou - bad
Western Carolina - bad
Clemson - very, very good
Only guaranteed good teams are Tennessee and Clemson. Should also lose to UGA based on talent differential alone. A&M is a train wreck right now, but talent on another level too. As bad as Spurrier left it, they have still better talent than 8 teams on their schedule.
Only time will tell how having a head coach who yells, "Boom Mother-F*cker" after his defense makes a play is going to go over in Columbia. Truly believe he's been lucky not to get punched by an opposing player so far.

USuck will be quite lucky to survive! Their schedule isn't all that difficult, but I see loses on the basis of the first month's road games. They will be very lucky to be 3-3 at the half way point.
I see losses against Clemson; UF, UGa.; UK; Miss St.; UT and likely one opponent unexpectedly due to Muscrap's poor in game coaching.

Started making bets already with the Coots:
Coot bet: Clowney 10 sacks or more this season (Money in the bank for me);
My bet: Clemson in the top 10 on defense at the end of the season (This was a stretch, but quite possible)
My bet: Giving him Auburn and the points in the first game (Money in the bank).
By the time the season starts, I may be set to make enough to pay for my season tickets this year.
