Winston has done something new every 4 months

In less than two years since he has been at FSU, Winston has already been involved in 6 incidents.
1. Causing $4,000 in damage with a pellet gun ("charges not filed after FSU athletic official vows that players will pay for damage")
2. Rape (no charges)
3. Stealing soda from Burger King and, when confronted by the manager, refusing to stop (manager decides not to press charges)
4. Crab Legs (no criminal charges)
5. Didn't show up to a FSU hearing for two of his teammates related to the rape. Lied about why he didn't show up. (FSU: "we can't force him to attend")
6. Shouting sexual obscenities in a crowded public area (30 minute time out)
If Winston had been convicted for any three of these incidents where charges could have been brought, he would be in jail right now for somewhere between 25 years to life under Florida's three-strike laws.

sound like a bunch of bitter injured lions.
That's because he's having a million times more fun "growing up" as the average hater here.
Maybe I'm the only honest person here; I'll admit he's having probably at least 5 times as much fun as I am & will make several times more money than me in my lifetime but I've chosen to devote my time paying attention to him in a positive way instead of trying to condemn a man when I actually can't.
By all means, please continue on your path to wherever it is you're going.
Winston is going nowhere but upwards. To penthouses & such.

No one does. And you can't say that the claims are FALSE either. All you can say is that charges weren't made. (wink wink nudge nudge on the "investigation")
But I guess thievery, destruction of private property, and being (in the terms of the university) vulgar in public are your idea of a good time. And there is NO doubt all of these things happened.
Go have a good time Lip... see how long you stay out of jail.
