I think Foster will get plenty of PT as we rotate players. Also, I hope Johnson stays around too. We may need him.

Actually I think Denzel Johnson will most likely leave if Tanner muse comes back for another year

I'll tale that bet***

Shaq and Justin aren't going anywhere. Next year is gonna be their year to really contribute. Denzel Johnson has played a good bit this year, don't see him leaving either.

So you're wrong

You forgot CW and several of his counterparts......

I know someone close to his situation and Chase Brice is also heavily considering a transfer.

I heard from the friend of a brother of a roommate who knows someone named Steve that Trevor Lawrence, Tee Higgins, Justyn Ross, Travis Etienne, and Xavier Thomas are all considering transferring. Sucks but what can you do. My sources are very reliable.

I assure you I unfortunately know what I’m talking about. He hasn’t made his mind up yet, but he’s “strongly considering it”. I’m not fishing for TU’s and don’t care if you TD me. I had some info and passed it along.

Just my opinion,I always thought Chase would transfer

Posted: Jan 6, 2019 6:53 PM

after he graduated ,being he already redshirted and wouldn't want to sit a year. Just an opinion. Graduate in 3,still have 2 to play.

Re: Just my opinion,I always thought Chase would transfer

I will continue to say Trevor stays all 4 years like his hero (and mine) Peyton Manning. But in the small chance he doesn’t, that gives Chase a year to start as a 5th year senior. I think he beats out a redshirt freshman California guy whose name escapes me now and is likely to commit to us.

Re: Potential Transfers this offseason:

Disagree with almost everything listed.

1. Chase. Not a chance
2. Shaq. Why? hes starting next year
3. Denzel has played a ton dont see it.
4. Cornell/Overton maybe- I would if I were them
5. Feaster who u didnt list def is once he graduates.
6. Dawk isnt quite good enough to start in FBS so why leave

Re: Potential Transfers this offseason:

Dawkins Should be starting now if it weren’t for Trayvon Muellen , I feel like he’s overlooked

you went too far and outed yourself with that one***

Reason Dawkins is overlooked is because hes 5-7. Your crazy if you think he should be starting.

You need to use a MUCH bigger spoon to try and stir some S on this board little boy

bench and we are probably losing a S this year

Agree on Cornell Powell and Overton. Very good players - maybe even future NFL guys - but there's just so much young talent around them.

Dawkins is a definite possibility, as is Feaster.

Shaq Smith could well start next year. I doubt he transfers. Justin Foster also will almost certainly stick, and for the same reason, and I don't think Denzel Johnson goes anywhere either. He's playing a bunch and could well start before it's all said and done.

Hearing we could also lose DeHond to medical concerns, and Garrett Williams is leaning towards going into the Marines and not coming back either.

We could also lose several to early NFL entry - especially Dexter Lawrence (almost certain), Tre Lamar, Trayvon Mullen, and possibly John Simpson, Tanner Muse, and K'Von Wallace as well. Dunno how many will jump and how many will stick but you never know on that.

It's going to be an active offseason, whatever.

I think Big John and K'Von both return***

The coaches seem to be planning on at least one receiver leaving with developing recruitment of Puka Nacua.

Simpson already said he’s coming back a few weeks ago.

shaq smith will have a big role next year and Justin foster will probably start

Re: Potential Transfers this offseason:

I could see Powell and Overton from that list. With the coaches trying to flip Puka Nacua from USC. Seems like they already got the word from one or both of them.

It seems a bit strange to me that we chastise David Hood for writing an article about Feaster that's been common knowledge for several days, and maybe a couple of weeks, but we are free to make wild guesses on who may be leaving which, may or may not be true. At least, Feaster has acknowledged the though of transferring has crossed his mind.

Joe, I think the issue with David hood is him asking the kid days before the national championship game. Very different from message board speculation in my mind.

I see a possibility of Feaster, Brice, Overton, Powell and LeAnthony Williams transferring. Other than those 5, Id be shocked to see anyone else transfer out.

Agree, Brice would have transferred before Hunter Johnson if he were going to leave
