How is it justifiable keeping a guy that had 4 starters from a sweet 16 team come back and fail to make the tourney?
He’s been at CU for 9, yes 9 years! Plenty of time to “build” a program. Two, yes two, season in the new Littlejohn, which is a million times nicer than Stegman Colosseum at UGA; but Crean has 4 top 100 recruits coming in.
And Littlejohn was the easy scapegoat for early failures.
Why isn’t CU going after Johnny Dawkins?

From the Greek apologia, a word (thought) expressed in the defense of something
Sure, i defend our program. Why would i attack it??
I know you SEC-types claim "it just means more", but you never define what " it" is. Is "it" winning? Is "it" going to championships? Is "it" gaining ground on the ACC and B1G in basketball?
We definitely know "it" has nothing to do with graduating players, preparing them for life after college, or recruiting without bagmen.

UGA is 1,334- 1,237. I would never call that success. If over .500 is success then you have proved my point. CU =a losing culture.

The UGA guy does have a point. We are accepting mediocrity in basketball. Not sure who the next hire is but under the current situation we are accepting between 17-20 wins a year and 1-2 March Madnesses a decade. I think we should go for better.
Question back to UGAguy should you fire Kirby Smart? He’s got you 1 SEC championship that you lucked into bc Bama wasn’t in it. It’s been proven time and time again Smart goes dumb under pressure and you can’t beat Bama. Are you accepting second place which is no different than average by keeping KS?

the other half is developing your players and preparing them well and CBB is much better than Crean is at that, and that’s why Clemson destroyed UGA in basketball this year.
